Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions and responsibilities for using the rental and related services provided by KPLANZ (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

Article 1 (Services Provided)

The Company provides the following services:

Rental of travel items, baby products, beauty devices, and mobility aids
Transportation services such as airport pick-up and drop-off
Other travel-related services

Article 2 (Obligations of Users)

Users must comply with the following obligations:

Provide accurate and complete information when making reservations
Use rental items properly and with reasonable care
Comply with the rental period and notify the Company immediately in case of loss or damage

Article 3 (Rental and Security Deposit)

A security deposit may be required for certain products.
The security deposit will be fully refunded after the item is returned in good condition.
In cases of damage, loss, or delayed return, costs may be deducted from the security deposit.

Article 4 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company shall not be liable for delays or service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, traffic delays, or communication failures.

Article 5 (Amendment of Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms of Service when necessary.
Any changes will take effect after being posted on the Company’s website.

服務條款

本服務條款旨在規範使用 KPLANZ（以下稱「本公司」）所提供之租借及相關服務的使用條件與責任。

第一條（服務內容）

本公司提供以下服務：

旅遊用品、嬰幼兒用品、美容設備及行動輔具之租借
機場接送等交通服務
其他與旅遊相關之服務

第二條（使用者義務）

使用者應遵守以下事項：

預約時提供準確且完整的相關資訊
正常且妥善使用租借物品
遵守租借期間，若發生遺失或損壞應立即通知本公司

第三條（租借及保證金）

部分商品需支付保證金。
物品歸還且確認無異常後，保證金將全額退還。
若發生損壞、遺失或逾期歸還情況，相關費用可能自保證金中扣除。

第四條（責任限制）

因天災、交通延誤、通訊障礙等不可抗力因素所導致的服務延遲或中斷，本公司不承擔相關責任。

第五條（條款變更）

本公司得視需要修訂本服務條款，
修訂後之條款將於本公司網站公告後生效。

본 약관은 케이플랜즈(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 렌탈 및 관련 서비스의
이용 조건과 책임 사항을 정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제1조 (서비스 내용)

회사는 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다.

여행용품, 육아용품, 뷰티기기, 이동보조기기 렌탈
공항 픽업/드랍 등 이동 서비스
기타 여행 관련 서비스

제2조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 사항을 준수해야 합니다.

예약 내용에 대한 정확한 정보 제공
대여 물품의 정상적 사용
대여 기간 준수 및 분실·파손 시 즉시 통보

제3조 (대여 및 보증금)

일부 상품은 보증금이 발생할 수 있습니다.
보증금은 물품 반납 후 이상이 없을 경우 전액 환불됩니다.
파손, 분실, 연체 발생 시 보증금에서 차감될 수 있습니다.

제4조 (책임 제한)

회사는 천재지변, 교통 지연, 통신 장애 등 불가항력 사유로 인한
서비스 지연 또는 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제5조 (약관 변경)

회사는 필요 시 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며,
변경된 약관은 홈페이지 공지 후 적용됩니다.
