Operated directly by a licensed travel agency for reliability, insurance compliance, and clear policies.

What’s Included

• One-way private transfer with driver (max 6 passengers per booking)

• Toll & airport parking fees (for arrival pickups)

• Flight monitoring + meet & greet at the arrivals hall (arrivals) / direct hotel pickup (departures)

• Waiting grace period: 90 minutes (after actual landing for arrivals / from driver arrival for departures)

 

Surcharges & Options

• Overtime waiting: KRW 20,000 / hour (after the 90-min grace; billed in hourly blocks)

• Late-night service (22:00–06:00): + KRW 15,000

• Extra stop (same trip): + KRW 20,000

• Child car seat / booster: Free upon advance request (limited; pre-book required)

Booking Deposit

To confirm your reservation, a booking deposit of KRW 20,000 per one-way trip is required.
This deposit is collected to prevent no-shows after bookings are made for airport or hotel pickups.
Once the deposit payment is completed, the reservation will be confirmed immediately.
The remaining balance can be paid when you board the vehicle.

How Pickup Works

Arrivals (ICN or GMP → Seoul)

1. We track your flight in real time.

2. After customs/arrival formalities, proceed to the Arrivals Hall.

3. Your driver will hold a “Kplanz” sign with your name.

4. If immigration/baggage takes unusually long, please update us via the booking form so the driver is aware.

5. After the 90-minute grace, KRW 20,000/hour applies.

ICN meeting points

• Terminal 1: Arrivals Hall (post-customs), driver with nameboard

• Terminal 2: Arrivals Hall (post-customs), driver with nameboard

GMP meeting points

• International Terminal: Arrivals Hall, driver with nameboard

• Domestic Terminal: Arrivals Area, driver with nameboard (confirm terminal when booking)

Departures (Seoul → ICN or GMP)

1. Meet your driver at the main entrance of your hotel/building at the confirmed time.

2. Suggested pickup timing:

   • ICN: 4–4.5 hours before flight (location/traffic dependent)

   • GMP: 3–3.5 hours before flight

3. After the 90-minute grace, KRW 20,000/hour applies.

 

Luggage & Seats

• Your booking must safely accommodate all passengers and all luggage in one vehicle.

• 32-inch suitcase reference: ~76 × 51 × 30 cm (sizes vary by brand).

• Special items (foldable strollers/wagons, golf bags, instruments, wheelchairs, etc.) must be declared in advance.

• Each adult and child must occupy their own seat. Drivers provide transport only and cannot assist with host communication or check-in (e.g., Airbnb).

 

Night & Holiday Notes

• Late-night surcharge applies to rides 22:00–06:00.

• Peak seasons/holidays may affect travel time; please plan sufficient buffer.

 

Reschedule & Cancellation (KST)

Full Refund (100%)

• Cancellations made by 5:00 PM (KST), at least 5 business days before the service date

Partial Refund (50%)

• Cancellations made by 5:00 PM (KST), at least 2 business days before the service date

No Refund

• Cancellations made after 5:00 PM (KST), 2 business days before the service date

• Or in the case of a No-show

• Requests must be made by 5:00 PM (KST), at least 3 business days before the service date

• Subject to service availability, and any fare difference may apply
