What's Included

One-way private transfer with a driver.
Up to 6 passengers with luggage (up to 9 without luggage). Fits up to 6 suitcases of any size — if you have 7 or more, they may not fit, so please tell us in advance.
Toll and airport parking fees (for airport pickups).

Your booking must fit all passengers and luggage safely in one vehicle.
Reference suitcase size: approx. 76 × 51 × 30 cm (varies by brand).
Special items (foldable strollers/wagons, golf bags, instruments, wheelchairs, etc.) must be declared in advance.
Each adult and child must occupy their own seat.
Drivers provide transport only and cannot assist with host communication or check-in (e.g. Airbnb).

Late-night surcharge (22:00–06:00): + KRW 15,000 – Arrivals: based on flight arrival time. – Departures: based on 4 hours before departure. (e.g. a 3:00 AM flight = 11:00 PM pickup, so the surcharge applies.)
Extra stop (same route): + KRW 20,000
Picket meeting service: + KRW 10,000
Child car seat: + KRW 10,000 per seat

A booking deposit of KRW 20,000 per one-way trip is required to confirm your reservation.
The deposit prevents no-shows; your reservation is confirmed as soon as it's paid.
The remaining balance can be paid directly to the driver on boarding.

We keep an eye on your flight schedule.
After customs and immigration, proceed to the Arrivals Hall.
Meeting point: – With Picket Service (+KRW 10,000): the driver waits in the Arrivals Hall holding a sign with your name. – Without Picket Service: we send the exact meeting point via Instagram message.
If immigration or baggage claim runs long, message us on Instagram so the driver knows.
Pickup timing may adjust if your flight schedule changes; we'll coordinate with you via Instagram.
ICN: Terminal 1 & 2 (Arrivals Hall, post-customs).
GMP: International & Domestic Terminals (Arrivals Area). Please confirm your terminal when booking.

Meet your driver at your hotel/building main entrance at the confirmed time.
Suggested pickup timing: ICN 4–4.5 hrs before flight, GMP 3–3.5 hrs before flight (varies by traffic).
If boarding is delayed after the driver arrives, + KRW 10,000 per 20 minutes of waiting.

Late-night surcharge applies to pickups between 22:00 and 06:00 (see Fees above).
Travel times may increase in peak seasons or holidays — please allow buffer time.

100% refund: cancel by 5:00 PM (KST), at least 5 business days before the service date.
50% refund: cancel by 5:00 PM (KST), at least 2 business days before.
No refund: cancellations after 5:00 PM (KST) 2 business days before, or no-shows.
Rescheduling: request by 5:00 PM (KST), at least 3 business days before. Subject to vehicle availability; any fare difference may apply.
Business days exclude weekends (Sat & Sun) and Korean public holidays.
