Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking at least 1 day in advance to ensure availability.

What items can I rent from Kplanz?

We offer baby gear, senior care items, and travel essentials such as foldable cribs, foot massagers, UV sterilizers, and more.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Most items can be rented for a minimum of one day. Extended rentals are also available.

Where do I pick up the items?

You can pick up and return items at our store in the Hongdae area of Seoul.

Do you offer delivery or pickup services?

Currently, we offer in-store pickup and return only.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Yes. Please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled time for any changes or cancellations.

How do I pay for my rental?

We accept PayPal and local payment methods. Details will be shared during booking.

Do I need to leave a deposit?

Some high-value items may require a refundable deposit. We will notify you during the booking process.
