Kplanz operates both hanbok (our main focus) and school uniforms in-house, enabling fast fittings, consistent quality control, and reliable sizing across large groups. We streamline fitting → checkout → release → return with dedicated time slots. For schools, tour operators, corporate teams, and media crews, we offer flexible packages and add-ons (hair/makeup, snap or studio photography). Operations are run by a licensed travel agency with full insurance and standardized procedures.

How Booking Works

FAQ & Policies

Q. What lead time do you recommend?
A. We accept short-notice requests when possible, but 2–4 weeks in advance is recommended. Peak seasons (festivals, graduation, holidays) can book out early.

Q. Is hanbok the main focus? Do you also provide school uniforms?
A. Yes. Hanbok is our main focus, and school uniforms are also operated in-house with mix-and-match options available via packages.

Q. Can we book photography and hair/makeup together?
A. Yes. We can attach snap/studio photography and HMU crews as add-ons. Pre-booking ensures the right staffing and timing.

Q. How long is the rental period?
A. Package-based: commonly 2–4 hours or full-day. We’ll confirm return times in advance. Overtime fees may apply for late returns.

Q. Do you require a deposit or pre-authorization?
A. For group bookings, a deposit or card pre-authorization may be required. Stain/damage fees follow our posted schedule (shared during confirmation).

Q. Do you offer discounts for multi-day or high headcount?
A. Yes. Bulk rates apply by headcount/date; multi-day or back-to-back schedules qualify for tailored quotes.

Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes. We are a licensed travel agency with full insurance coverage for operations.
