Bundle KPLANZ Airport Pickup with Rentals — The Easiest Setup

A quiet trick our regulars have figured out

Every week, a few KPLANZ guests ask the same question in slightly different ways: "Can I just pick up my Dyson / wheelchair / stroller in the car on the way from the airport?"

The answer is yes — and once you know this, traveling to Seoul gets a lot simpler.

How the bundle works

It's two services most people book separately, used together:

1. Incheon Airport Pickup — a private car meets you at Incheon and drives you to your Seoul hotel.

2. KPLANZ Rental — Dyson hair tools, wheelchairs, strollers, travel cribs, power banks, car seats, or anything else from our rental lineup.

Normally, if you book these separately, the day looks like this:

• Land at Incheon → take airport express or taxi to hotel → drop off luggage → travel to Hongdae Station Exit 3 → pick up your rentals → travel back to hotel.

That's a lot of movement, especially jet-lagged, and especially with kids, elderly family members, or a ton of luggage.

When you bundle both services, it looks like this instead:

• Land at Incheon → the KPLANZ driver is waiting with your rentals already in the car → arrive at your hotel with everything ready.

No detour. No extra trip. No schlepping suitcases across Seoul before you've even had a coffee.

And on the way home, it works in reverse:

• Check out of your hotel → same KPLANZ driver picks you up with the car → hand back the rentals during the ride → arrive at Incheon.

You never have to go to Hongdae unless you want to.

One thing to know — how deposits work

All KPLANZ rentals include a refundable security deposit. Here's how it works in each setup:

At our shop (Hongdae Station Exit 3):

• Deposit can be paid by card or cash

• Most flexible option

In the car (airport pickup bundle):

• Deposit is cash only at the moment of handoff

• A small tradeoff for the convenience of door-to-door service

And here's the part most travelers don't realize:

You can pay the deposit in your home currency — USD, EUR, JPY, TWD, HKD, CNY, and more.

Just hand our driver the equivalent amount in your home currency, and we'll return the exact same notes to you when you hand back the rentals. No exchange needed, no currency risk, no hunting for a Korean ATM on arrival.

This is a small detail, but it saves a surprising amount of stress. You don't have to pull out a stack of won at Incheon just to cover a deposit you'll get back anyway. Use what's already in your wallet.
