Private Airport Transfer Service (Seoul Hotels ↔ ICN/GMP Airport) Operated directly by a licensed travel agency for reliability, insurance compliance, and clear policies.

  • Rates: Please refer to the price table below (ICN & GMP).

What’s Included

  • One-way private transfer with a driver. (Max 6 passengers per booking. Accommodates up to 6 suitcases of any size. If you have 7 or more suitcases, they may not fit in the vehicle, so please be sure to notify us in advance.)

  • Toll & airport parking fees (for airport pickups).

  • Real-time flight monitoring + Arrivals Hall pickup (Arrivals) / Direct hotel pickup (Departures).

Surcharges & Options

  • Late-night Surcharge (22:00–06:00): + KRW 15,000

    • Arrivals: Based on flight arrival time.

    • Departures: Based on 4 hours before flight departure time. (e.g., For a 3:00 AM departing flight, the pickup time is calculated as 11:00 PM (4 hours prior), so the late-night surcharge will apply.)

  • Extra Stop (same route): + KRW 20,000

Booking Deposit

  • To confirm your reservation, a booking deposit of KRW 20,000 per one-way trip is required.

  • This deposit is collected to prevent no-shows.

  • Your reservation is confirmed immediately upon completion of the deposit payment.

  • The remaining balance can be paid directly to the driver upon boarding the vehicle.

  • Seoul city limits only. (For locations outside Seoul, please contact us for a quote.)

How Pickup Works

[Arrivals: ICN/GMP Airport → Seoul]

  • We track your flight in real time.

  • After clearing customs and immigration, please proceed to the Arrivals Hall.

  • Meeting Point Guide:

    • If you requested the Picket Service (Paid): The driver will wait at the Arrivals Hall holding a sign with your name.

    • If you did not request the Picket Service: We will send you the exact meeting point with the driver via Instagram message.

  • If immigration or baggage claim takes unusually long, please update us via Instagram message so the driver is aware.

  • Incheon Airport (ICN) Meeting Points:

    • Terminal 1 & 2 (Arrivals Hall, post-customs): Picket wait (Paid) OR Meeting point provided via Instagram message.

  • Gimpo Airport (GMP) Meeting Points:

    • Int'l & Domestic Terminals (Arrivals Area): Picket wait (Paid) OR Meeting point provided via Instagram message. (Please confirm your terminal when booking).

[Departures: Seoul → ICN/GMP Airport]

  • Meet your driver at the main entrance of your hotel/building at the confirmed time.

  • Suggested Pickup Timing:

    • ICN: 4–4.5 hours before flight (varies by location/traffic).

    • GMP: 3–3.5 hours before flight.

  • If passenger boarding is delayed after the driver's arrival, an additional fee of KRW 10,000 will be charged for every 20 minutes of waiting.

Luggage & Seats

  • Your booking must safely accommodate all passengers and luggage in one vehicle.

  • (Ref) 32-inch suitcase size: approx. 76 × 51 × 30 cm (varies by brand).

  • Special items (foldable strollers/wagons, golf bags, instruments, wheelchairs, etc.) must be declared in advance.

  • Each adult and child must occupy their own seat.

  • Drivers provide transport services only and cannot assist with host communication or check-in (e.g., Airbnb).

Night & Holiday Notes

  • A late-night surcharge applies to pickups between 22:00 and 06:00 (refer to 'Surcharges' above for timing rules).

  • Travel times may increase during peak seasons or holidays; please plan with sufficient buffer time.

Reschedule & Cancellation Policy (KST - Korean Standard Time)

  • 100% Full Refund: Cancellations made by 5:00 PM (KST), at least 5 business days before the service date.

  • 50% Partial Refund: Cancellations made by 5:00 PM (KST), at least 2 business days before the service date.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made after 5:00 PM (KST) 2 business days before the service date, or in the case of a No-show.

  • Rescheduling: * Requests must be made by 5:00 PM (KST), at least 3 business days before the service date.

    • Subject to vehicle availability, and any fare difference may apply.

  • Business Day Definition: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Korean public holidays are excluded from business days.
