What can I rent from KPLANZ?
We offer Dyson beauty devices, strollers, wheelchairs, rollators (walking aids), and baby/senior care equipment.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 2 nights / 3 days
Is delivery/pickup service available?
Yes, delivery and pickup service is available as a paid add-on. Rates vary by area — please message us for the exact fee.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
The deposit amount varies by item. We accept both cash and card, but card refunds after cancellation can take 3–4 weeks or longer to process, so we recommend paying the deposit in cash.
What if the equipment is damaged during my rental?
The deduction amount depends on the extent of the damage and will be subtracted from your deposit.
